This page explains how Alexandre Ehrlich EI applies Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act on askfm2.com.

Your rights

Access, correct and delete your data; restrict or object to its processing; receive the data you gave us in a readable format; give instructions about your data after your death; withdraw consent at any time; and lodge a complaint with the CNIL (3 place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07).

How to exercise them

Write to mail@askfm2.com. We answer within one month and may ask for proof of identity. You can also delete your account yourself from Settings.

Who processes data for us

PlanetHoster (hosting), Lovable Cloud (database, authentication and e-mail delivery), Google (audience measurement).

Outside the European Union

Our hosting provider is based in Canada, which the European Commission recognises as ensuring an adequate level of protection for commercial organisations. The same providers and safeguards apply to that data.

Protection measures and breaches

We collect the minimum needed, encrypt transfers, apply per-user access rules in the database, limit staff access, and send notification e-mails only for a real action.

If a breach affecting your data occurs, we notify the CNIL within 72 hours and you without undue delay.
