What this service is

askfm² is a website where a person gets a public page and receives questions from other people, anonymously or not, then answers the ones they like.

The service is run by Alexandre Ehrlich EI, a sole trader in Strasbourg, France (full details below).

Who can use it

You must be at least 15 years old. You need an account to ask, answer, report or like, and you are responsible for everything done from it.

Questions and answers

A question can be sent anonymously. The person receiving it never sees who sent it; only moderation staff can, and only to enforce these terms or the law.

You keep the rights to what you write. By posting, you allow us to show your questions and answers on your page and in the public feed.

You can delete your own content at any time. Copies may briefly remain in search-engine caches.

What is not allowed

Illegal, hateful, defamatory, violent or sexual content, or anything inciting hatred or violence.

Harassment, threats, blackmail, or publishing someone's private information without consent.

Content involving minors, impersonation, spam, advertising, bulk automated posting, scraping the site, trying to unmask an anonymous sender, or interfering with the service.

Moderation

Every question and answer goes through an automated filter and can be reviewed by a moderator after a report.

We may hide, delete or refuse content, and may suspend or delete an account, with or without notice. Decisions can be appealed by e-mail.

Availability and liability

The service is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, and features may change, pause or stop at any time.

You are responsible for what you publish. Within the limits allowed by French law, Alexandre Ehrlich EI is not liable for indirect damage linked to using, or being unable to use, the service.

Changes and applicable law

These terms may change; the version published on this page always applies, and using the service means you accept it.
